WELCOME BACK!
This week 5th grade is taking the Science MEAs.
We also have been learning geometry in math; ask your students what a polygon is. Have them tell you all the types of triangles and how to solve for volume. There will be a chapter 12 math test on Friday. Monday we begin our Measurement unit. :)
In SS, we have been reading about the French and Indian War. Ask your child what an impact is and how the war impacted all people back then. Next week we begin learning about the Stamp Act and the Townshend Acts. :)
**IF ANYONE has RAISINS, TOOTHPICKS, and BUBBLE SOLUTION to donate that would be AWESOME!** We are doing a fun math experiment on Thursday, 4/26.**
