A RETAKE FORM

Hi ALL,

Some of you may see this staple to a science quiz last week.  ALL of grade 5 is using this form when a student needs to make up work.  ALL students will likely see one at some point this year.  :)

ALL it means is to practice the skills on variables and come up with a plan to retake this quiz.  Choose a way and a day to retake.
Thank you for signing it,
Mrs. Karlonas
